SPICY PEPPER JAM WITH VANILLA
Spicy has always been a powerful ally of the heart; the benefits of chilly derive from a mix of antioxidants present inside it: vitamin C, carotenoids, polyphenols.
Here at Scovaventi we wanted to combine the spicy of peppers with the sweetness of vanilla to get a unique experience for the palate. These jams are perfect for cheeses of all kinds.
